FORMACHNO is a founder-led studio in the United Kingdom, run by Aniruddh Prajapati, Alok Yadav and Khush Patel. We decide how the personal details you share on this website are used, which makes us the “controller” under UK data protection law. You can reach us at formachno@gmail.com.

• When you book an audit: your name, business name, email address, what you need help with and your rough budget.
• When you email us: whatever you choose to include in your message.
• Technical information: our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working. We use your IP address briefly to stop the contact form being abused.

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange your audit call. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract.
• To send you one automatic email confirming we received your request.
• To protect the website and our email from spam and misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.

We do not sell your details, use them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list. We only email you about your enquiry.

• Resend delivers the emails sent by our contact form.
• Vercel hosts this website.
• Google (Gmail) hosts the inbox where enquiries arrive.

We use only what the site needs to work, such as remembering your cookie choice and carrying your email address from the footer to the contact form. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies today. If we add analytics, they will only load if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk to you about your project. If we do not end up working together, we delete them within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires.

You can ask to see the personal details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or object to how we use them. Email formachno@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
